The best sled we've used yet
Xebex XT4 Review
I love me a good sled. Weighted Carries are my favorite, but the sled probably comes in second…. but ONLY if it is REALLY good.
While we enjoyed the Torque Tank M1, we knew it had limitations. I wasn’t entirely positive what that was until a couple months back when I first used the Xebex XT4.
Today we finally get to share all the details about what we’ve learned using the XT4, with myself, my wife, friends, and even at soccer practice with the kiddos.
Additional DetailsOverall the XT4 is the best sled we’ve used to date, but it isn’t perfect. Today we’ve got a written review and a video review for your enjoyment. |
Garage Gym CompetitionThe Summer miniGGC is showing up just in time for the July 4th week… I’m finishing details on it as we speak… but it should be some low key fun. | r/HomeGymMy dude Matt at Pioneer is running an AMA on r/HomeGym. Today is the 2nd day, so hop in and ask some questions. |

One Last Thing…
I have been hard at work putting together something really cool for the next iteration of my gym.
Here is a picture I haven’t shared yet…
All day Saturday I took EVERYTHING out of the garage and then painted the final wall in the garage.
Sunday I borrowed my neighbors sprayer and painted the ceiling, joists, etc.
And Monday my other neighbor came over and we installed the Rolled Rubber Flooring.
Tuesday was spent cleaning and putting everything back. Still some projects to finish, like assembling the rack and a few touch-ups, etc. But we are getting close.
This was truly a full team effort as I called in my neighbor “I owe ya one’s” over the years, my mom helped with organizing and cleaning afterwards, and my daughter and wife helped put a bunch of stuff back.
And of course, all of your support has made this possible… and necessary… to do. It will open up more opportunities for filming, pictures, and more, and create a better result. Looking forward to sharing the final product.
