I Took Tongkat Ali For 1 Year And This Happened

In late 2023, I asked on Instagram if people wanted to see me tackle some supplement reviews. It was a resounding yes, so I took the plunge. I was already about 8 months into taking Tongkat Ali, so I figured I’d wait for a full year and call it a 1+ year review.

I started taking Tongkat Ali after seeing the recommending from Andrew Huberman. While he is a LITTLE out there in his recommendations (if you tried to do everything he talks about, you’d never have time to do anything else)… I do think you can grab at a few slices of great information from him.

Tongkat Ali is a testosterone booster, or as they are now more referred to as a Hormone Balancer, or whatever other terms they feel will sell more pills. But really, we are looking at something that is meant to give you a kick in the pants, literally.

I compare my blood work from the past several years, and blood work I got last week, and share some personal observations.

Fair warning, if you never wanted to know anything about my sex life, testicles, or test levels, this is a poor choice for you to read today. No pictures or super graphic details, but this one definitely shares a little more than most might expect.
