3 down, 1 to go in the Nordic Combo Showdown reviews. The Shogun NORD-EX is awesome… BUT it has a few hiccups for the bigger lifters out there that I think need to be considered.

Huge shoutout to everyone who weighed in on my Instagram poll about what to call these types of machines. Original idea was Nordic Back Extension Machines, but Nordic Combo Machines is better. So we are moving forward with it.

I’ve got one more on the list, the Tib Bar Guy Nordic Back Extensions V2, to finish up and then the video will be on the way. The good news is, I already have a decent amount of footage, the script is written, and filming will begin this week.

I’ve filmed the intro and gotten some feedback from a few people.

I’ve not been this excited for a video in a long time. I think you are going to enjoy it.

One Last Thing…

I haven’t promoted this much, but I have moderated a Facebook group for awhile now called Home Gym. I didn’t talk about it because it was unfortunately poorly run.

I was just promoted to Admin, which means I finally get access to all of the tools you need to manage the group effectively.

I’ve already begun making some major changes to the background, and look forward to reworking the group quite a bit in the coming months.
