Shogun FLEX Review

The Shogun Flex arrived in our gym in February of 2024, and after 8 months of off and on use in different environments with myself, my wife, and my daughter, we are sharing our thoughts.

With 44lbs of resistance, a detailed app, multiple configurations, and an expanding accessory offering, the Shogun FLEX MIGHT just be a perfect addition to your home gym, travel gym, or inside gym. Or, it might not.

Today I’ll share everything I know to help you decide if these are the right additions for you, or not.

Garage Gym Competition

The Fall GGC is underway, and I wrapped up my submissions on Wednesday with a 1400lb total. I go into the details of my prep in the IG post… basically, I’m down 20lbs bodyweight, had a cold two weeks ago, and managed to put something respectable together.

One Last Thing…

I have rearranged a few things in my Pipeline. I’m working on a few written reviews on some recovery devices, and I recently moved the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro review to late January. This is because of some inside information I received, so keep your eyes open on that.

The NordBench is supposed to be sent my way in November, and the big one… I was told I will be receiving a MAIAK-GO. So I’m keeping a slot open for that as well.
