Who has two thumbs and likes unique specialty bars? THIS GUY!

I know you’ve seen my gym, my bar count is into the double digits, but a new fancy smancy bar always gets me intrigued. I started sharing some details of the bar on Instagram, and Radian took notice. They decided to send one my way, and I’ve been working through my thoughts the past few months.

Keep in mind, this bar isn’t ever going to be in a budget or barebones gym. It doesn’t have a space in anything but the more ridiculous build outs that have every toy possible. But it sure is a fun bar to use.

Chest is my weak point. I’ve struggled for years to both build it aesthetically, and to keep my bench moving from a powerlifting perspective. So new toys that claim to help me there, are shot towards the top of the list. In this video I share all of the good details so you can decide if this is your next barbell purchase, or not!

ALL The New Toys!

In the past several weeks I’ve lost count of what I’ve shared here in the newsletter… so I’m just going to share it all. I managed to get ALL FOUR of the main Nordic / Back Ext combo units…

We know I’ve got the Freak Athlete Nordic Hyper GHD, but we’ve landed the Shogun NORD-EX, Tib Bar Guy Nordic Back Extension V2, and BaseBlocks The Nordic Plus. Goal is to do a review of each, and then a comprehensive side by side of them all in one video. Wish me luck!

I also snagged the new Xebex Fitness XT4 Sled. Will be doing a review, and comparing it to the Torque Tank M1.
