This is the first newsletter sent from BeeHiiv… so thanks for BEEing here. Ha!
In the past few weeks I finished the migration from MailChimp to BeeHiiv, and I’ve been connecting with companies for 2024 plans.
Right now I have AMAs for r/HomeGym booked out until July! As in, if someone is reading this and wants to do an AMA, we are looking at August as the first available spot.
I’ve got over a dozen companies locked in for sponsoring the Garage Gym Competition, with more to come.
And for our review side of the house… Oh Boy!
Exxentric is sending me their brand new kBox 5 with some various attachments.
I’ve got a Radian Sliding Grip Barbell V2 in route.
Last July I was sent a pre-release model of the Beyond Power Voltra I, and I have the updated production model in route.
After your feedback, I was able to get Bob and Brad to send me their D6 PRO Massage Gun.
I have been told that Shogun is going to send me a Nord-Ex to compare to the Freak Athlete Nordic Hyper GHD.
Speaking of Freak Athlete, I have the inside scoop that we are likely to see something new coming in Spring that is going to be at the top of a LOT of your wish lists.
Long story short… there is a tremendous amount of awesome that has happened in January, and it is looking like 2024 is going to be a fun and informative year.
Bob And BradI reviewed two of their massage guns in 2023, and was asked by a lot of you to take a look at the D6. I finally got it, and I’ve put together a quick Pipeline write up on it. The rest of the above mentioned items will get added to the Pipeline when I get them, can take notes and add pictures. |  |
 Garage Gym CompetitionWe are 16 weeks out from the Spring GGC. As I mentioned, we’ve got a dozen sponsors locked already, and I’ve got them all to confirm to bigger and badder prizes than the year before. One Last Thing…I’ve also been spending a lot of time cleaning up the garage. The previous owner left the wiring in the garage a little less than ideal, so I’ve taught myself some basic wiring skills, installed some conduit, a box or two, and some new lighting. Next steps are going to be putty some holes, paint the ceiling and some walls, and then get full flooring for the garage. King Of The Gym did a GREAT write up on flooring recently.
