Intek Neutral Grip Bar Review

The Intek Strength Neutral Grip Bar came out in 2023 and has been a fairly unknown bar on the market.

Intek Strength has been making ultra-high-end equipment for the biggest and baddest strength facilities on the planet for years. They only barely dip their toes into the home gym market, likely due to the fact that their price is more geared towards big bulk orders and facility outfitting.

I was lucky enough to have them send me the new Intek Strength Neutral Grip Bar so I could compare it to the other multi grip bars I’ve used like the Edge Fitness Slim Football Bar and Kabuki Kadillac Bar.

In discussions with Intek, their primary design goal was to build a pressing bar for athletes… a bar ready for pitchers, linemen, and other athletes that didn’t aggravate their already annoyed upper body.
