Every Good Home Gym Needs These 5 Things
Whether you are just starting out, or refreshing your space
I’ve been going through a lot of renovation work in my garage this year. Partly because I’m trying to make it easier on me to make quality content year round. But also because, my family is using it more and more and I want to take advantage of that.
The cool thing with projects like this, is that I get to look back at what I’ve done before, think through some of the hurdles, and share where I’m at today, so everyone else can hopefully skip that step.
To be fair, this video might be slightly more geared towards the “newbie” in the home gym space, but there are a few gems in here for anyone. Stuff I just learned THIS YEAR after owning a home gym for over 10 years!
Written Version
I’m working on a written version as we speak, but my truck decided to crap out on me and went in the shop for a few days. So I got a bit behind. It will be out soon if you prefer digesting your Home Gym Content in written form.
Garage Gym Competition
I got a chance to write up two spotlights on some awesome athletes, coaches, and contributors the last couple weeks, as well as get a new article around pre-workouts up on the site.
You can check em out at the link.
r/HomeGym
Weight It Out is running their AMA this week. It ends TODAY, Thursday September 19th. Hop on over and ask some questions.
Upcoming r/HomeGym AMA
Rob from Vintage Weights PGH will be doing his AMA NEXT week. Don’t miss it.

One Last Thing…
I had an idea last week… I added a countdown clock to my Review Pipeline items. That way, if you want to have an idea of when the review will be coming your way, you can see it.
Don’t forget to see what I got cooking, and VOTE for what I should do next.
