The 2025 Fall Garage Gym Competition is open!

Remember that entering is free, it helps me donate to Non-Profits, it helps me get sponsors which in turn helps you win more prizes… Its a circle of life thing.

If you plan to enter, you have until end of day November 2nd to lift, upload, and submit.

During the week of the competition:

• Perform and Record a successful 1 Rep Max Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.

• Upload the videos to Social Media and use the hashtag for the event

  • Approved Social Media Channels – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit

• Enter your results in the events Submission Form

  • Available the week of the event
