July 1st marked the end of the Q1 and Q2 Pipeline Voting. Which means I’m adding some cool stuff to the plan for the end of the year.

Iron Neck

Taking 2nd place in the voting, was the Iron Neck. My dudes at Living.Fit hooked me up with an Iron Neck Pro a few weeks back, and I’ve begun testing.

The cool thing with this review, is my chiropractor is taking X-Rays before, 3 months in, and 6 months in. I plan to use this Monday - Friday, every day.

So we’ll get some details around any strength, stability, mobility, whatever improvements. As well as seeing if anything internally changes.

I might reach out to my dude JGIII at Garage Gym Life as well, as he does Neck Training the old school way.

T-Sterone 10

I did a full year of Tongkat Ali, and actually I’m still taking it currently, and wrote up a full article.

The winner of the Supplement Review voting this go around was T-Sterone10 from True Nutrition’s The Lab series.

Dante, if you aren’t familiar, is a big time bodybuilder who has worked with hundreds (thousands?) of lifters to improve their health even while managing steroids and other craziness.

T-Sterone10 is an attempt to produce some steroid-like results (no, nothing is as good as the real stuff), without having to jump full blast on the gear.

I have 3 bottles of it on my desk, which is a 90 day supply. This is what Dante recommends.

I’m doing blood work on August 1st, will start taking T-Sterone10 on August 2nd for 90 days. I will do blood-work AGAIN on that 90 day mark, and then take the 4 week break as Dante recommends.

I’ll put all of that together alongside any subjective feedback… in the gym, outside of the gym, in the bedroom, how I feel, look, whatever… and finish up the review.

The question is… at the price, will it do anything that the others can’t? Will it be a regular addition to my process? Or just another blip in time?

BulletProof VTS Lite System

The top spot for the voting went to the VTS System. For good reasons, this thing looks WILD.

From chatter and research, they have two options. A VTS and VTS Lite. The Full VTS has more features, but is fully welded, meaning it has to slide over a rack upright. Since my 2×3 rack is fully welded, this isn’t doable.

I reached out to BulletProof and they said they want to send me the VTS Lite, which honestly I might be the only reviewer in need of the Lite. So should be interesting.

I’m mostly focused on the smith machine function here, not so much the cable. But obviously I’ll test that out too.

Once this happens, I’ll officially add it to the Pipeline.

New Pipeline

Now that the pipeline finished for the first half of the year, I’ve got the new pipeline up for the second half of the year… i.e. - you can vote on what I do again.

Anything that got TWO votes or more in the last round, got added back. Anything with ONE vote or less, got removed. Plus I added some new pieces.

If you have seen anything released lately that you think I should take a look at, let me know. I’ll add it to the list.

I condensed the supplement and content voting into a simple open format box as well… this way I can filter what I already have planned… a LOT of the votes here were for things I was already working on.

So… go ahead and vote!

AMAs

And this one… coming in a couple weeks, the MAIAK GO is possibly going to be the biggest home gym release of the year. Their AMA should be enlightening on 7/24 and 7/25

One Last Thing…

Here is the timeline laid out for when I plan to finish everything I’m currently working on… With a few tidbits I haven’t detailed out yet. Keep in mind, this timeline is always tentative. Sometimes I get something urgent, sometimes I fall behind schedule, whatever… But here is what I currently have on my Pipeline through March of 2025… I also have Garage Gym Competition content, and r/HomeGym AMAs and more to handle…
